Every Ascent has the same turbo, the same AWD, and the same towing. You're choosing seats and comfort — nothing else.
Kids multiplying, car seats everywhere, grandparents visiting. Premium 8-passenger — the bench holds three car seats across, and the money you save funds a lot of youth-league fees.
Long hauls, trailer sometimes, comfort matters. Limited or Touring 7-passenger — captain's chairs make hour six civil, and the 5,000-lb rating covers most trailers and small boats without breaking a sweat.
Fair question — ask it before spending $40k+. If the third row is twice a year, a new Outback XT costs thousands less and drives better. We'll help you answer it honestly, whichever way it lands.
