The Hardware That Matters When You Push.

Every BRZ has the 228-hp boxer and the rear-drive balance. The tS is the one built for what happens after the third lap โ€” when heat and speed start asking hard questions of the suspension and brakes.

What tS Adds

Not badges. Hardware.

  • STI-tuned dampers โ€” the suspension setup you'd upgrade to anyway, done at the factory
  • Brembo braking system with 4-piston fronts โ€” brakes that survive lapping sessions that cook the stock stuff
  • The BRZ foundation stays: the high-revving 228-hp boxer and the same rear-drive balance
  • Buying it upfront is cheaper than building it โ€” parts, labor, and warranty all say so

The Honest Trade-Off

Track hardware earns its keep on the track.

  • $2,500 over the Limited for suspension and brakes you'll only feel at eight-tenths โ€” which you can't legally reach on the 5
  • If your Sundays are canyons and cars-and-coffee, the Limited already carries the good stuff โ€” the Torsen and the Michelins
  • No track days on the calendar? We'll talk you down to the Limited ourselves

$38,360 starting MSRP โ€” your out-the-door number comes in writing before you set foot on a lot.

Step Down? Step Up?

Step down?

Be honest about your calendar first. If the track days are more aspiration than booked dates, Limited at $35,860 saves you $2,500 and keeps everything that makes a BRZ a BRZ โ€” the Torsen limited-slip, the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s, the full 228 hp, and your choice of 6MT or automatic. That's 95% of the experience. The tS earns its price when the Brembos actually get hot โ€” not when they ride around town looking good.

Step up?

There isn't one โ€” this is the top, and the only step up is a different model. The tS already carries the hardware ceiling of the BRZ line: STI-tuned dampers and Brembos are the parts serious owners upgrade to, fitted at the factory. Past this, the step up isn't a trim at all โ€” it's tires, entry fees, and seat time. And honestly, for what a BRZ is built to do, we're not sure what other model we'd even point you to.

No pressure either way โ€” we make the same honest recommendation whether you spend $35,860 or $38,360.
